Started in 2020, Meli Esthetics (previously known as True Brows LLC) was created by Melissa to enhance all her clients physical features. Melissa's main passion is to transform the people around her into whomever they want to be, which she excels at. We believe in emphasizing our clients true beauty since every client is naturally beautiful. We listen to what the clients wants and make recommendations as the specialist. Ultimately, Melissa Esthetics aims to enhance the natural beauty of our clientele and to ensure pure satisfaction from each client. Policies PLEASE READ BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT! Thank you for choosing MELI ESTHETICS for an amazing Permanent Makeup experience! Here I put in my best efforts to make you feel beautiful through my services. In order for your appointment to be reserved, you must send a non-refundable, with no exceptions, deposit that will be counted towards your total amount. You must also read and sign the attached consent forms at least 48 hours before your appointment in order to continue. Please read ALL of the policies below before continuing with your appointment. ​ ONLINE BOOKING AVAILABLE! ​ ALL PROMOTIONS WILL BE FOR LIMITED TIME. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF AMAZING OFFERS! LOCATION: 517 Maple Ave W. Vienna, VA 22180. We are located inside of HAIR BY DV in Village Green shopping center between Maple Ave W and Nutley St. Plenty of parking. ​ PAYMENT: Deposit payments may be on Debit/Credit card online. Payments on day of service may be through Apple Pay, Venmo, or cash (exact amount). NO personal checks accepted. Credit cards are of last resort and have a 2.5% service fee. ​ DEPOSIT: All Semi-Permanent Brow Treatments require a $75 - NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit. ​ Any other service requires a $15-$35 - NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit. ​ REMAINING TOTAL: The remaining total will be collected the day of service. ​ CANDIDATES: If you wish to have a semi-permanent makeup treatment, be sure to be a candidate prior sending your deposit. "Are you a candidate?" listing may be found on my Instagram (@meli.luxesthetics) or Facebook (truebrowsdmv). LATE POLICY: There will be a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, an extra $20 will be added to your total. After 25 minutes your appointment may be rescheduled or canceled. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are running late, please contact me before your appointment. ​ AFTER HOURS: Any after hours and/or weekend preferences that are approved will require an additional $20-$35 charge. ​ PHOTOGRAPHS: You must send an unfiltered photo of your eyebrows with enough lighting prior to your visit, specially if you have previous work. Fail to do so, it may effect your appointment. Photos may be sent through email (truebrowspmu@gmail.com) or via text 571-762-1326. ​ NO SHOWS/ LAST MINUTE CANCELATION: If you fail to show up or cancel ahead of time, please keep in mind that the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. You may reschedule one time or you may be at risk to lose your deposit. ​ SAFETY: Everyone is recommended to wear a face mask if needed. If sick, please reach out to Meli Esthetics prior to your appointment. ​ GUESTS: Due to limited space and safety of staff and client, extra guests may not be allowed in the suite. Please leave children at home. ​ REFUNDS: There will be no refunds. Any issues please contact Meli Esthetics through text 571-762-1326. ​ DISCOUNTS: All promotions will not be included in the deposits and are limited offer. ​ TOUCH-UPS: Touch-ups must be 6-8 weeks from initial appointment. They are $150 the day of appointment. Not included in service price. If you are a no-show, rescheduled, or canceled your touch-up appointment, you have until 10 weeks to be considered for touch-up from initial session. After 10 weeks, 50% of service will be charged. More than that, you may be charged full price. Touch-ups are highly recommended to reach optimal results. ​ CONSENT FORMS: All required forms are due at least 48 hours prior your appointment. If not signed by then, it may affect your appointment. Please read carefully and contact TRUE BROWS of any questions. ​ MAKEUP: All Makeup Sessions appointments are by consultation ONLY. Pricing will be determined during consultation. For all events, we advice you to bring own lip liner, lipstick, and/or lip gloss. ​ CONTACT: All messages will be responded during business hours.
